Gucci Bloom, Alessandro Michele’s first fragrance
Gucci Bloom appears to be a real revelation of the new world of Gucci. Indeed, it is the very first perfume to have been made by Alessandro Michele. Illustrious unknown only two years ago, this former student of the Rome Fashion Academy is today an artist to follow. Having replaced Frida Giannini at short notice at the head of the Gucci house, following his hasty departure, he has already transformed the image of this brand. Right after his appointment, Alessandro Michele designed a collection for the Gucci men’s show, in just five days, arousing the admiration and curiosity of the public. Although completely foreign to the world of Gucci, it has stood out, bringing its own DNA to the heart of the brand. Since his appointment,
The floral scent of Gucci Bloom
For this new perfume, the Gucci house has bet everything on femininity. Gucci Bloom is a compendium of flowers, romance and seduction. If the entirety of its recipe has not yet been revealed, we already know that it will be an essence bursting with flowers. In addition, Gucci Bloom contains jasmine and tuberose, a blend that is both airy and opulent. Rangoon Creeper, a red flower from India, also incorporated its composition, again arousing curiosity. Everything was orchestrated by one of the greatest perfumers on the planet: the talented Alberto Morillas. Gucci Bloom is then delivered to us in a timeless bottle, both sober and imposing while being vintage.
Gucci’s international ambitions
Gucci Bloom fits perfectly into Gucci’s ambitions . Indeed, the brand does not hide its ambition to seduce the Asian public even more. Alessandro Michele considers it to be one of the most dynamic populations on our planet. The stake is therefore capital. However, Asians are particularly attracted to floral scents. You will therefore easily understand that Gucci Bloom has placed the emphasis on this aspect. The future will tell us if the bet has been a winner, and if the visionary eye of the new creator will allow him to climb to the highest peak of world perfumery… To be continued!
